Membership at NAPS
NAPS offers different types of memberships to fit according to your needs.
“Why would I join the NAPS?” “What do I really get from joining?” Membership in the National
Association of Personnel Services can mean a number of things. Membership translates into numerous
benefits, including a 47-year old nationally recognized certification program, a network of over
1500 member locations, access to services and products to keep you on the cutting edge (or get you
there!), and legislative advocacy. So, what you get from membership is really up to you! How much
to you want?
We are known as the educators to the industry. Everything we do is designed such that you get
better at your profession all while promoting legal, ethical and professional best practices. We
know that this profession is so much more…it is our lives! Allow us to take you there.
Our goal then, is to teach you “how to” better your organization for greater success. You’ve
heard it before, but we are not going to supply you with fish, we are going to teach you HOW to
fish! What we can guarantee at a minimum is the following: Credibility and accountability. Your
customers (candidates and clients) will associate you as the foremost expert in the field.
The NAPS has designed a level of membership especially for you. We do not ask that you try to
squeeze into something that is not the right fit. Once a member, you will have access to the best
education that can be offered; you will have the ability to keep in touch with other recruiting
companies, and even develop your own RSS feeds that are niche specific allowing you to stay on
top of YOUR world all while being a member of ours.
Membership can begin with a single individual membership. Your membership can grow as you grow,
into a Firm Membership for the Sole Practitioner, to a single office Firm, to a multiple office
firm membership, to a Corporate membership. Allied Membership is offered to our colleagues that
supply services and products to our industry.
