Standards and Ethical Practices : Fees
- No candidate shall be obligated for a placement fee until
an offer and acceptance has been made between employer and
candidate.
- Adjustments and refunds of candidate or client fees shall
be made promptly, in accordance with the agreement between
the personnel service firm and its client or candidate.
