Planning a Certification Party
Celebrating Certification Week
In May, always the week prior to Memorial Day Weekend
How important is certification to you? How important is it to your clients, your
candidates? Clients and candidates already understand the concept of working with the "best of
the best." But, wouldn't it be great to show them that you are "the best of the best?"
Many of you have made commitments to certification through encouraging staff to study, sit
and re-certify. Let's show those clients who know very little about the process what you think
of your profession. Let's use that to your advantage. Get a edge over your competition. Show
your clients what a tremendous commitment a company owner makes when he or she encourages staff
to participate in this national certification program.
Although the benefits to our clients are outstanding, many times we don't take time to
educate them about the depth of knowledge certification brings. Knowledge about our profession
is critical; likewise, the NAPS Standards of Ethical Practices should be of special interest to
every client
As a member, you will find a planning tool for an open house that will promote your staff and
your commitment to your clients. Details are outlined for a simple to an elegant affair -
personalize it to fit your company! Take photographs; arrange video coverage and share these
with the NAPS office for possible inclusion in the festivities at our Annual Convention. At a
minimum, we will get you exposure on our website!
You've made the financial investment to certification - why not take it to the "streets"
where that investment has the greatest potential for return?
