Rick Marshall
Rick Marshall's reputation for success in people development has allowed him to work closely with performance experts in the fields of business and sports. Rick has been a regular speaker and has led workshops in Dallas / Fort Worth for the Metroplex Association of Personnel Consultants (MAPC), and on a statewide basis for the Texas Association of Personnel Consultants (TAPC). Nationally, Rick has led discussions with the Pinnacle Society, and has been a featured speaker at annual conferences for the National Association of Personnel Services and the National Association of Physician Recruiters. In addition, Rick has been selected Director of Speakers' Bureau as a member of the Board of Directors for TAPC.
Rick Marshall is President and Co-founder of Marshall Career Service (MCS) in Fort Worth, Texas. Rick began his career in the professional placement industry in 1982, recently celebrating twenty years of unprecedented service in the Dallas / Fort Worth Metroplex. MCS has enjoyed long-term relationships with many of the well-established companies that call Dallas / Fort Worth home. Under Rick's leadership, MCS has experienced steady growth in the key areas of client retention and staff development.
