Jack Lyons

Jack Lyons founded Lyons Hollis Associates in 1984 specializing as a sell-side broker. Since that time, he has personally sold more than 70 companies. He and his partner have sold over 30 staffing companies since 1990 in a variety of niche areas. His experience and interest lie primarily with profitable, growing companies. He is particularly adept at helping companies increase their profitability and market value. He has extensive experience with buyers and investors ranging from international and domestic public companies to private equity groups, high net worth individuals and consolidator groups.

Prior to founding the company, Mr. Lyons enjoyed a successful career in finance and marketing. As chief financial officer for a high-growth health related company, he was instrumental in obtaining venture capital funding. Mr. Lyons held executive level positions with one of the world's premier computer companies for nearly a decade. As part of a high-level executive team, he analyzed market and technology trends and developed scenarios to position the company for future business opportunities. In addition, until the late 1990's, Mr. Lyons was a shareholder of a family-owned firm in the northeast that was sold to a strategic buyer.
