TITLE: How to turn your desk into high end placement and increase your fees from $5000 to $25000.

1985 Beth Schneider's day

· Interview 15 secretaries (10 minutes each) and go through open job books.
· Keep applicants in the waiting room while trying to arrange same day interviews.
· Pick up the yellow pages and call every company in a chosen category.
· Look through stack of applications to see who passed the typing test at 60 wpm or better.
· Take home files to make night calls to candidates that aren't allowed to receive personal calls.

2003 Beth Schneider's day

· Attend Trade Show at the Jacob Javits Center in New York.
· Meet several CEO's and VP's of Sales to discuss strategic company positioning.
· Interview the Regional Sales VP from Siebel Systems and come up with a targeted marketing plan.
· Follow up on referral from fellow Pinnacle Society member for new Chicago search.
