Gina Scott

In 1996, Gina Scott gained her first exposure to Morgan Methodology and Peter Leffkowitz. Although she knew someday she would find her way into his training world, her drive to prove herself first as a high performance recruiter forced her to learn the system inside and out.

Four years later, at the age of 25 she opened her own IT search group. For the next 3 years, every member of her Nashville based, Technically Right, LLC, was fed Morgan Methodology, with Gina accompanying her staff to each program offered by Peter Leffkowitz. Her firm climbed to per desk averages in excess of 300K for some first year recruiters.

In 2001, Gina invited Peter to audit her firm in Nashville. He found a near perfect model of Morgan Methodology -along with finely tuned recruiters. It was time to let Peter in on her plan to become a Morgan Method-Certified Trainer.

In 2002, Peter Leffkowitz asked Gina to join Morgan Consulting Group, Inc. on a full time basis, to design and teach our 3-day New Recruiter Start Up Workshop. Having taught in excess of 200 recruiters and owner/managers, she has gained full respect of many Morgan clients. Gina is now heavily sought after for in-house clinics in Canada and the US.

After graduating from Vanderbilt University, with degrees in Human & Organizational Development and Psychology, Gina plunged directly into the staffing industry. Her entry was in contract and direct hire financial and accounting professionals. Ultimately, her refinement in skill and exemplary performance came in the IT and Healthcare sectors.
