Jeff Cohen was a Pennsylvania State University graduate. Jeff spent 8 years with an International Fortune 50 company. During his tenure he was promoted 5 times and elected to the executive committee and was awarded the prestigious executive of the year award.

In 1989, he co founded Rice Cohen International. The firm was recognized by "ERN" as one of the top search firms in America four straight years. Jeff and his partner Gene Rice have built the largest training and consulting company specializing in the recruiting industry. In 2002 Jeff was recognized by Recruiter News, as one of the 100 most influential people in the history of the staffing industry.

Jeff resides in Newtown, PA with his wife and two children. He is very involved in his community and enjoys coaching youth sports programs.

Gene Rice spent 10 years with an International Fortune 50 company. He was promoted six times while being named executive of the year twice. In his last position he headed up East Coast operations and was responsible for seven locations and a staff of over 500. In 1989, he co founded Rice Cohen International. Gene resides in New Hope, PA with his wife and four children. He is very involved in his community and is an executive board member of the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
