Jeff Cohen was a Pennsylvania State University graduate. Jeff

his tenure he was promoted 5 times and elected to the executive

year award.
In 1989, he co founded Rice Cohen International. The firm was
recognized by "ERN" as one of the top search firms in America
four straight years. Jeff and his partner Gene Rice have built
the largest training and consulting company specializing in the
recruiting industry. In 2002 Jeff was recognized by Recruiter
News, as one of the 100 most influential people in the history
of the staffing industry.
Jeff resides in Newtown, PA with his wife and two children. He
is very involved in his community and enjoys coaching youth
sports programs.
