Don Camp

Don has more then 20 years of experience in the staffing industry. He is the Chief Operating Officer for CompHealth Group, one of the nations largest Healthcare Staffing Companies. DeCamp leads the operations and sales divisions of all offices and is responsible for overseeing 300 plus sales people working in nearly 100 medical specialties. His staffing industry experience includes executive positions with Career Staff, Romac and Dunhill Systems.

Prior to his staffing industry career, Don held various sales, sales management, and training positions with Procter & Gamble, Xerox and N.C.R.

Don is a published writer, having authored articles on management, sales, careers and hiring, which have been published in Auerbach, Management Review, and Computer World.

He has spoken before key groups on national and international levels. Organizations he has addressed include the Institute of Management Accountants, The American Medical Association, the National Association of Personnel Services and numerous American Management Association seminars. Don sat on the faculty of the Staffing Industry Management Institute.
