Allan Hartley
ALLAN HARTLEY - worked for Robert half from 1983-1989,
where he was the #1 Contract biller for the country,
averaging over 4000 billable hours/week and $200,000
per year in direct fees and conversions. He was also in
charge of Half's contracting division. In 1989, Romac
recruited Allan to start its contracting division, where
he opened 20 offices and grew the business to $36 million
in four years. Leaving Romac in 1994 to become an
industry consultant, he has started Creative Financial
Staffing, putting 29 CPA firms in the staffing business,
and helped open Deloitte Touche's Resource Connection as
well as MacGladrey & Pullen's Outsourcing division.
Allan also ran Norrell's 25 professional staffing offices,
overseeing $50 million in sales.
