Agents of Change

This panel is a nuts and bolts, "let's get down to the details," discussion of how owners successfully ride this "roller coaster" called our industry! This session is hosted by Bob Liken, Past NAPS Chairman and owner of multiple, successful businesses in our industry. Bob, who is always in the industry niche that is one of the hottest, will lead other successful "change agents" through a discussion of what was done, when their moves were made, and how they made their moves. Bruce Whitaker and Don DeCamp have incredible successful and largely profitable businesses, and they've been at it for a long time - a long roller coaster ride, indeed! Dru Conway is here for round two, having successfully run a 900 million-dollar worldwide agency, and then sold "Renaissance Worldwide" and retired (for about 2 months!) is at it again, and in Healthcare. These gentlemen know what's hot and what's not. They can see it coming and they will tell you how they do it.

Again, in the format of a panel discussion, this gives the participant - YOU - a chance to ask questions, bring to the table real-life experiences and see what these experienced experts have to say about how you handled it - how they would have handled it, if different. This panel discussion, coupled with the panel discussion on Hot Topics/Market Trends, will give managers and owners and recruiters enough information to learn how to research, prepare for and recognize growing markets. Participants will learn how to move into these markets or niches that happen to be hot, and, to top it off, be successful!
